Product features and instructions
1.10mm diameter can be installed on cutting head chuck or drill hole chuck (see figure 1)
2. Please gently press the side edge of the probe with your finger to make it 0.5mm off (see figure 2).
3. Make it rotate at 400-600rpm
4· small spring force can avoid small milling cutter or bit fracture
5. Make the probe touch the end face of the workpiece as shown in (figure 2), touch and move it bit by bit, and it will become as
shown in (figure 3). The probe will not vibrate, just like static state. This sliding start point is the desired reference
position
6 the end face position of the workpiece itself is the coordinate position of 5mm plus the probe radius
